winter days, you're wrong. It's just as good, maybe even better, when
it's frozen. Yes, frozen hot chocolate is an actual thing. But that's
actually old news. People have been sipping on the frosty contradiction
for years now. This frozen hot cocoa cheesecake is the next big thing.
It's your answer every single time you ask yourself, "What should I
bring to the cookout?"
The base is very similar to many of our no-bake cheesecakes, with the exception of one very important ingredient: hot cocoa mix. Use two packs of your favorite instant kind! I'm a Swiss Miss girl myself, but you do you.

Start by beating the cream cheese, sugar, chocolate sauce and hot cocoa mix until light and airy, then
beat in the heavy cream. For a smooth cheesecake, the cream cheese
mixture must be really fluffy before the cream is added. Trust me. After
the cream is incorporated and mixture is whipped, fold in the mini
marshmallows. Pour it into an Oreo crust then throw it in the freezer.
