We use Oreos, but get creative with pretzels, sugar cones, graham crackers, vanilla wafers—you decide!

Ingredients
- Softened ice cream
- 3/4 c. Cookies (Oreos, graham crackers, vanilla wafers)
- 1/4 c. chocolate shell topping
Directions
- Layer softened ice cream into a lined muffin tin and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Crush up 3/4 cup of your favorite cookies, mix with chocolate shell topping, and divvy up over ice cream layer.
- Freeze for an hour, then add another layer of ice cream; freeze again for an hour and a half.
- Top with chocolate shell and broken-cookie garnish. Give it a final 30 minute freeze, then dig in!
