- Refined Flour 200 g/ Meda 200 gram
- Eggs 4 in numbers/ Andy 4 adad
- Sugar 200 g/ Chini 200 gram
- Red and Green Compote 1 cup / Surkh aur Subz Asharfiyon ka Murabba 1 cup
- Walnuts ½ cup/ Akhrot ½ cup
- Baking Powder 2 tsp / Baking Powder 2 chae ke chamach
- Butter 200 g/ Makhan 200 gram
- Few drops of Vanilla Essence/ Vanilla Essence ke chand qatre
Fruit Cake Preparation:
- First whisk butter and sugar with an electric beater. Then add eggs in it one by one and beat it until it becomes moist fluffy mixture.
- Then add flour, baking powder and vanilla essence in moist fluffy mixture and mix with a spoon.
- Add compote and walnuts and mix again.
