Ingredients
1 package lemon cake mix (regular size)
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup canola oil
1 can (12 ounces) Mountain Dew
Confectioners' sugar, optional

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and soda; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired. Yield: 12 servings.
