- 1½ c. all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp. baking powder
- 1½ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter
- ¾ c. sugar
- 1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 large Egg
- 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 c. sweet pear
- 9 slice pear

Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly butter and flour 9 4-inch tart pans. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside. Beat the butter and sugar, using a mixer set on high speed, until light and fluffy. Add the spices, egg, and vanilla; mix to combine. Reduce speed to low, add the flour mixture and sour cream. Stir in the pears. Pour 1/3 cup batter into each mold, top with a pear slice; bake for 20 minutes and cool.
