- 1 (8.5-ounce) box cornbread mix
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- Honey butter (optional)
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch square baking pan.
