"This is a delicious way to enjoy a fat-free dessert loaded with wonderful antioxidant blueberries."

- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 sugar-free or regular angel food cake
- 2 cups fat-free or lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions

Cook: 1 Minute
- Combine the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high power for 45 to 60 seconds.
- Cut the cake into 8 slices and place on dessert dishes. Evenly divide the blueberry mixture and the whipped topping among the slices.
